You may revoke the consent you have given us or request that we limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to info@aureatrade.com, following the same procedure described for ARCO rights. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request immediately in all cases, since we may be required by a legal obligation to continue processing your data. In addition, revocation may mean that we cannot continue with the evaluation or the commercial relationship.
6. Data retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and for the periods established by applicable legal provisions, including tax and commercial provisions. Evaluation requests that do not result in a commercial relationship will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months, unless you request their cancellation earlier.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and security (for example, protection against unauthorized access). Fonts are served from our own server.
To protect the form against automated submissions, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. that analyzes technical browser signals (it does not ask you to solve puzzles) to confirm that the submission is made by a person.
When you arrive at the site from an ad or a link with campaign parameters, we store in your browser, for the duration of the visit, the landing page, the campaign source and the Google Ads click identifier. If you submit the form, that data is saved with your request so we know which channel it came from; it is not shared with third parties except for the click identifier, which may be sent to Google Ads to measure campaign effectiveness.
We also use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC that uses cookies to generate aggregate statistics on site usage: pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location and referring site. We use this information to improve our content and measure interest in our services; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can see how Google processes this data at policies.google.com and disable it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may stop working properly.
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. Access to the requests received is limited to personnel who need to know them.
9. Changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be amended due to legal changes, changes in our practices or in the services we offer. We will publish any amendment at aureatrade.com/aviso-de-privacidad/, indicating the date of the last update.
10. Authority
If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority under the legislation in force.
