Structured trading
We buy and sell goods in domestic and international operations. We acquire the goods, assume the agreed risk and deliver them with contracts, logistics traceability and full documentation.

We evaluate, structure and execute purchase-and-sale, commercial representation, import and distribution operations, as well as the soft landing of foreign service companies that already have a client in Mexico. In every operation we take part as a real party: we buy, sell, coordinate and document.
If you recognize your situation in any of these, we can evaluate whether the operation is viable.

No operation moves to the next stage until the previous one is documented.
We review the product, counterparties, margin, term and risks. We verify the identity and tax status of clients and suppliers.
We define the contracts, each party's role, the costs and the financial and logistics flow of the operation.
We coordinate purchasing, sales, logistics, foreign trade and collections with customs brokers, carriers and warehouses.
We reconcile documents, payments and results, and compile the file that substantiates the operation.
Depending on the operation, Aurea buys and sells on its own account, represents a third party under a defined mandate, temporarily runs its commercial function, or gives a foreign service company the local structure to operate in Mexico.

We buy and sell goods in domestic and international operations. We acquire the goods, assume the agreed risk and deliver them with contracts, logistics traceability and full documentation.
We act as the commercial arm of domestic or foreign manufacturers and brands, under a defined mandate. The brand sells and invoices its products; Aurea invoices its representation services.
We take over purchasing, inventory, sales or collections for a defined period, with scope and deliverables set by contract.
We coordinate the import, export, storage and delivery of the goods we handle, together with customs brokers, carriers and warehouses.
If your consulting, technology, marketing or other service company already has a client in Mexico, a Mexican company of the group contracts, invoices and collects locally while you deliver the service from your country. You operate from month one, without setting up a company.

Aurea Trade structures international sourcing operations end to end: sourcing, purchasing, importing, inventory and nationwide distribution.

A Mexican manufacturer needs an industrial input on a recurring basis to sustain production: 240 tons per month, distributed among three operating sites. The product is available on better commercial terms abroad, but buying it directly means coordinating the supplier, international payments, ocean logistics, customs clearance, inventory, working capital and deliveries to different plants.
Aurea negotiates directly with the foreign producer, consolidates the purchase order and makes the international payment. It imports the goods as the owner, holds them in a strategic warehouse as its own inventory and sells them to the buyer with scheduled deliveries based on actual consumption.
The client no longer manages multiple suppliers and receives the product cleared through Mexican customs, available in Mexico and delivered according to its consumption schedule.

Central plant Bajío plant Southeast plantThe buyer could import directly, but would have to advance capital, carry inventory, manage foreign suppliers, coordinate the import and absorb deviations in lead times, costs and availability. Aurea turns that chain into a single commercial relationship.
The client buys an input landed in Mexico. Aurea manages everything that happens before that.
Inventory in Mexico absorbs the international transit time: each arrival restocks the warehouse and the plants receive partial deliveries according to their consumption, without dropping below safety stock.
If your company currently imports, is looking for an alternative source of supply or needs to structure inventory and distribution in Mexico, we can analyze the commercial and operational viability of the operation.
It participates in the operation with its own responsibility and a defined role. This is how goods, money and invoices move under each model:
Aurea buys the goods, owns them between purchase and sale, and invoices only what it sells.
Aurea neither buys nor resells: it provides a commercial service and invoices only its commission.
We acquire the goods we handle and invoice only what we actually sell or the services we actually provide.
Every operation has a contract that sets out Aurea's role, the risks it assumes and its compensation.
Contracts, purchase orders, proof of delivery, customs entries (pedimentos) and payment receipts back every transaction.
We work only with identifiable, previously vetted clients, suppliers and operators.

Aurea Trade Partners structures and executes trade and sourcing operations for companies that need to buy, import, store or distribute inputs and products. We can participate from finding and negotiating with suppliers through delivery of the product to the buyer in Mexico.
Depending on the operation, Aurea may act as the commercial counterparty and take on the purchase and subsequent sale of the product, or structure an operation jointly with the client and the necessary participants. The model is defined before each project begins.
No. Aurea is a commercial operator. We coordinate the various components of an operation—suppliers, transport, insurance, customs clearance, storage and distribution—relying on authorized specialists and providers where appropriate.
No. Aurea imports only goods it acquires for its own sale. Ownership, risk and customs responsibility for those imports belong to Aurea.
Yes, through a soft landing. A Mexican company of the group contracts with the client in Mexico, provides the service with its own operations, invoices and collects payment; from its home country, the foreign company provides the specialized services that correspond to it, with a contract, deliverables and an invoice. It is not lending a legal name: each company is accountable for what it invoices and meets its obligations in its own country.
Yes, depending on the structure of the operation. In certain projects, Aurea may acquire goods abroad, coordinate their import and then sell them to the domestic buyer under previously agreed terms.
Yes. The supplier does not need to be sourced by Aurea. We can evaluate operations where the client has already identified the manufacturer or supplier and needs support structuring purchasing, importing, inventory or distribution.
There is no universal volume. It depends on the product, origin, logistics and value of the operation. We evaluate each opportunity based on whether there is enough scale for the commercial structure to be efficient for both parties.
No. The initial evaluation is free of charge: it is a conversation to analyze the viability of the operation, in which we analyze all the information you share with us. If the operation moves forward, the terms are agreed in writing before starting.
Send us the basic information about your requirement. First, we conduct a preliminary viability evaluation; then we define the commercial structure, suppliers, logistics, payment terms, schedule and responsibilities before executing the operation.
We accept operations with identifiable and verifiable counterparties, clear commercial terms, viable margins, a real and defined role for Aurea, and sufficient documentation to substantiate the operation. You do not need to have all the information to get started.
Share the general details of the operation. Aurea will review its viability, verify the counterparties and determine how it could participate.
